| History Follow-Up Systems was founded in 2002. Lars Hundal, CEO and co-founder, had a vision. He wanted to automate the processes around making a sale, bringing down the admin overhead, increase up-sell and keep the customer. To do that he needed a tool to handle the various marketing and communication processes. The ambition from day 1 has been to create a simple yet powerfull tool for companies to use in their sales and marketing efforts. Customers should be able to do more with less. Today we have developed an integrated marketing communications platform that takes sales and marketing automation to a new level. Instead of having a system for e-mail, a system for mobile marketing, another system for surveys and yet another system for analytics our customers enjoy the benefits of one system and one vendor.
