The Contact Database
It is easy to handle your respondents and organize them in to groups in the receiver stage. E-mail addresses and other information are quickly retrieved from your existing CRM system or address register.

With the help of the background data about the respondent you can both pre-fill responses and base the logic of the questionnaire on already known information.

There are several ways of reaching your respondents, for example, you could invite them via a link in an email or a popup on a website or via a postal dispatch.

Reports
In the result and reporting stage you follow the results in real time complete with graphs and tables. You can create report templates and palettes with your logotype etc. to adjust the look of the report, according to your own desires. These settings are later used in both online reporting and for downloadable reports.
